Wearing my sisters back up dress to her engagement . I love the cut outs and the embroidery on the dress, but all i can say is thank god for double sided tape!
M xx .
My toes are still slightly throbbing from the Louboutins . Despite falling over every 5 seconds when i first wore them they are the most amazing pair of shoes I own . Every time I wear them I can at least say I extend my walking distance by 20m without falling over . Tonight I didn’t even stumble, success!!
Xx M .
Today I learnt how to wash my own car – a chore not complex for some but I’ve always just paid someone $25 to do the job for me . I started the day having breakfast with the boy, appropriately dressed in little ankle booties with a fist full of rings . to then ending up in Chuck Taylor’s, a knitted sweater and soapy water spraying in my face . At least he vacuumed it for me 🙂
This winter is becoming unbearable . Aside from the fact I missed 2/3 of winter last year I don’t remember it being this cold! With just a little over 4 months remaining I will no longer need to resort to fake tan 😀
Ring by ysl, scarf by lemlem, knitted cardi by jv selection .
I purchased both the scarf and the knit in Byron Bay . What I love about the scarf is the story behind it;
Liya Kebede, supermodel and ambassador, discovered a decline in local demand for the traditional weaving goods of her native country Ethiopia . To inspire economic independence in her native country Liya established lemlem in 2007, effectively preserving the art of weaving . This highlighted the historic significance and recognised the beauty and quality of their work .
Will definitely be purchasing some more of her pieces!
